My hubby was talking to other daddies when picking up my girl and was told that their kids have test. I was puzzled coz my girl told me dont have.

No CA1 for NCPS. Only SAs. The children were given practice tests during the last term.

I was told by a classmate parent that there will be no SA1 for P1 this year. She called the school and they confirm that too. :celebrate:

Anyone heard about this?

You sure? :!: So far I have seen from boy's spelling list that SA1's exam period is on the 8th week of Term 2. Of course I hope its true

Just received a pink form regarding the SA1 Exam. I believed all parents should received it by now.

Mixed feeling coz not sure how is she coping for her P1. haha. I asked her again about the test and she still insist no test for her class. :lol:

I think the kids should be fine. In fact we are glad that there is no SA for them in P1. At least they (and us) wouldn't be so stressed.

As for the tests, I suspect they are impromptu. My DS also don't know about them. To him, its just worksheet and quiz - he likely doesn't know the difference...hahaa
