        hi, got an email fr friend all abt cinnamon. inside also hv this cinnamon slimming way. buy my cinnamon powder but until today still hv not try. hahaha

          I have used this honey with cinnamon powder (bought from the spice section at supermarket - NTUC or Cold Storage) and mixed in lukewarm water for my daughter whenever she is down with flu (cough with phelgm, running nose etc).


          3 times per day and she would get well after about 3-5 days. However, it doesn’t work for my husband.
