Thanks zbear. So A level exam duration is shorter than O level. Fewer subjects, I presumed. If I am correct, I think the last paper shld be next Wed but it's only for those taking H3 subjects.
Otherwise, most of them would have finished by tomorrow. -

Officially this yr, A level exam started on 2 Nov , ends on 3 Dec ( pupils with H3 subj)
Though lesser subjs, but 1 science subj itself... there are 3 papers... -

What are the 3 papers? Inclusive of practical exam?
Normally when do the students sit for their practical exams? J1 or J2 or both? -
blurblob11:
All 3 papers are written papers for Science subjects. Practical exams are separate.

Yes, all 3 are written papers for H2 sciences...
Practical exams are carried out in both yrs, J1 n J2 ...
( Oops...Now then i know of it as i clarified with my gal wrt to yr Q abt practical exams)
Whereas for H1 sciences will only hv 2 written papers n NO practical exams... -

End of all A levels papers for elder boy :rahrah:
-
Time to celebrate the end of official school for our kids!!!

Now that the A levels exam are over, I suppose most of the children are in the process of making the decision of which uni(s), which course to apply ?
My elder boy wants to do material science. So far he has only decided one uni to apply at.
Is this risky as in if the one uni rejects his application, he has to wait for another year to apply at other uni?
Hubby told him that he should apply at a few uni. Is this the normal practice?
