I just enrol my DS near Jurong Pt RC for Zhengfei Chinese Tuition for P1.

My son did not like it because there are more than 10 spellings each week and he commented that the teacher is very fierce, also shouting in class.
To me, I think it's ok, because the spelling is quite similar with the school.
If he learn for tuition, he saved the time for learning school spelling.

How do you find the teacher? Are the teacher the same for blk 667 & 664?

My friend recommended… But her son is in JE one of the RC…
I spoke to the teacher after leaving a comment in their contact me…
She seems very pushy… I’m going on a 2 weeks trip in apr and telling her since no trial… I will want to start in may since they go on monthly 4 weeks system… Not when u join count… But she keep discouraging me saying tat my child will find it too tough for her catch up in may… Theirs is a combine n2-k2 class… N I pointed out my gal is K1 should be fine… 1 more year before prepare for pri1…
What should I do? Try the class for 2 months … Or go for berries trial… Which my gal did like the centre…

May I check with you that your son class whether mix with any P2 students? I just enrolled my daughter P1 class for the coming Friday lesson but the class consist of P1 & P2.

Looking for chinese tutor for secondary level (Bishan area)

My dd is in Tien Hsia for P6 CHinese now but they do not seem to have many secondary classes. I am interested to know more about Secondary Chinese/Higher CHinese tuition. WHich centres are good for Sec Chinese tuition especially to help child do well in Sec 3 Higher Chinese exam to stop taking Chinese.

Sec3 sit for O LevelExpress Chinese exam,Sec 4 take Higher Chinese. For IP student, No need take Express Chinese .
Only pass the higher chinese, then student can exempt chinese class in JC.

I just signed up my P1 son with Zhengfei at Sengkang branch. My son don’t like it and told me his teacher scolded him when he did not do his work properly after explaining the first time. My son told me he don’t understand what is the teacher talking about.


Besides, my son saw the teacher shouted at a P2 boy, pull him by his collar, push him and then throw the worksheet on the floor. Not sure how naughty is the P2 boy who make the teacher reacted so violently. I felt that it is not right for the teacher to do that to her students. I am very upset after I heard all this despite it happens to the other kid. I had a disturbed sleep last night. Should I call up Zhengfei and talk to the management about this matter or just withdraw my son totally and forget about everything? Am I too paranoid?

I just enrolled my son to the kovan branch. She is a PRC teacher. So far so good.

Would like to know or hear from other parents if you are at Kovan Branch too.
