Hi, may I find out, for the Yr 1-2s,

      (1) School shoes are 80% white or 80% black?
      (2) Are they allowed to wear a belt if they want to? There are belt loops on the shorts right?

      Thanks.

Does anyone know what date the Yr5’s from RI/RGS Yr4 report to school in Jan? We seem to have conflicting info! The Stamford website says 29 Jan - sounds late! Or is orientation before that?

Thanks! Where are the best places to get athletic shoes (non Bata) that fulfll the 80% white requirement? I am making a trip to Sportslink, hopefully, they have wider selection.

Belts are not to be worn with shorts. The school isn’t very strict on white based shoes. Iirc it’s no longer at 80%. As long as there’s more white than any other colour most teachers won’t bat an eye.

Just curious, do you know why belts are not allowed with shorts? It makes the outfit neat and smart, and there are belt loops already sewn on the shorts?

I’m not very sure. The student guidebook still says so for this year. My old pair of shorts didn’t have belt loops, so that could be a reason.

I haven't bought the uniforms yet. Yes, that could be the reason. Thanks!

There are buttons on each sides of the shorts so it is adjustable.

Hi, you can try queensway sc or peninsula plaza.. They will be spoilt for choice. Happy shopping!
