And, checking with all parents, what time will they be dismissed today? Since it's a \"late\" day? Or is it the same at 1:50pm since it's orientation week?

For my son, he submitted the macbook forms to the form teacher yesterday, & said many of his classmates do it that way too. Guess, we'll just have to wait till Newstead or the school calls to inform that it's ready for collection?

They will be dismissed at 1.50pm according to by my DS.

My son messaged me at 2:30, they were just dismissed. So, he’ll be having lunch in school first before coming home… he’s happy abt that…hahaha…

I got this from the info pack given during S1 registration:

This week - only 5th and 6th Jan
Other days
11, 14, 2, 28 Jan at SchoolCanteen

Feb onwards at bookshop
Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm

My boy tried to buy more white shirts on 6 Jan but they ran out of stock for his size too.. the vendor told him to come back on next Monday 11 Jan

I deleted Chryltsh as I happened to come across her subsequent postings in MSHS Primary 1F. Like her, I sometimes clicked on the primary school wrong thread too coz the the school name is the same!

Are you parents going tonight? My hubby will be going, …but after hearing my son’s daily chatter abt school, I wished I can take a look too…but didnt sign up.

My son said its strictly by "registration"… is that right?

DS didn’t say anything about by registration only. Yep, both of us are attending.

Yes, coz my daughter will come back from school late today..., so I had some reservation of going all the way there with a tired girl. But, I think it'll be a good chance to see how the boys are settling in school today, to mark the end of the orientation
