If he fails HCL, then he will be retained?[/quote]The last directive I know is that a score below B4 for HCL (for EL also) will be a \"conditional promotion\". That means the child will still move on to the next level but \"conditional promotion\" will be printed on the report book or result slip. I am not sure if this has changed or relaxed.

Personally, I don't think it is fair if a child is good in every other subjects but only failed HCL and has to be retained. I'll advise that you enquire on this subject matter with the school leaders probably during the next open house?

Why next mon 18/1 no school? May i know wat is the official time to reach sch on every mon? Saw on the time table 1st period is 9.30am but recess its on 9am? Are they suppose to report to sch at 8.45am or by 9.30am

dd said better to reach sch before 8.45am on Mon.
Due to RV60 celebrations tmr and 16 Jan, there MAY be an off day on 18 Jan (UNCONFIRMED).
