The infocomm club said that their selection trial tomorrow will be using similar puzzle published in their infocomm newsletter. DS said he has not seen any newsletter from that club. 😓

Does anyone's DD/DS has a copy of the newsletter? Can post a picture of the puzzle please 🙏 :please: ?

My son was invited to participate in the Research Congress on 24 Feb. May I know what’s this event about and who is the target audience? Thanks.

Research Congress is an annual poster presentation for NUS High's research projects done in the past year.

It is mainly for the students to present to their judges, and also to students from other years and other schools. This also allows the students to get practise for SSEF.

I think it's good to visit to see how research will be like in later years.

Agree that it'll be a good exposure for ds. Thanks for the inputs, Artume.

Hi, I’m trying to find out what time the library closes as well as what time the back gate closes. Can’t find this info anywhere online. Thanks if you can help.

                    Hi,
the backgate, are you referring to the gate beside the canteen. If yes, it operate by card and closed by a magnetic catch. if you do not have a access card, to leave via the backgate, you can ask the security guard at boarding to open for you. but if you do not have a access card, to enter via that gate, you have to wait for help, any student with access card passing by. I think the gate access system will be deactivated after 11.00 pm.

Library, not sure think is office hours, probably at 5.00pm.

Thank you, 57dolphin! My son has a card issued by the school but I’m not sure if that is the access card. Will ask him to try it. If library closes at around 5pm, that will be good when my son just needs to hang around in school after the day ends because sometimes there is a gap between school and external classes.
