Science Centre offers robotics courses on a daily basis:

      http://www.science.edu.sg/schoolprogrammes/Pages/roboticslearningcentre.aspx

They cater for kids from Primary 3 onwards.

My son went for a couple of workshops during the holidays and enjoyed them tremendously. If I recall, the fee includes the robotic kit which he used to build the devices and he could bring it back after the lesson.

does anyone know where we can get those kind of lego robotics windstorm (or was it brainstorm) kits where you can programme all sorts of things? I was thinking of getting a few for my kids to fiddle around with to help with their creativity

                    Hi ChiefKiasu,

Pls advice how to register for the robotics courses. I am planning on visiting science Center tomorrow. I couldn't find registration info on the website. Also no calendar of dates is available for planning.

Can we directly register or need to go thru school?
Do we need to pay for science Center entrance fee along with course fee to attend the course each time?

Will really appreciate your kind advice..

I went to science center today, was very crowded due to science festival and also free entry to science center this weekend.

But when I enquired at customer service counter they could not tell me much about how to register for robotics courses 😞

My dd was so interested, but I don't know how to register. Any kind parent whose kid attended robotics course at science center can advice me?
                      Thanks in advance

I called and was informed that the robotics course is now open only to schools. No longer open to individual.
