I would need Plan A and Plan B of cause. Plan A would be PR approve then will opt for the above 4 school. Do you have idea on how Yishun, Ahmad Ibrahim and Jiemin perform? Overall. My feel is Yishun Primary > jiemin > Ahmad from the observation of student met roadside. but these could be wrong, any thought?

PR considerations and selection for primary schools will be very different from citizens. The policies are loaded against the PR (and rightly so too). Worry less about how well the schools perform, and more about improving your chances of getting into one. As such, PR should pick Yishun and Ahmad Ibrahim instead of Jiemin.

Can I register for Pei Chun phase 2c within 1km?

No, you cannot, if your mother Tongue not Chinese

Pei Chun 2nd language is Chinese, no Tamil nor Hindi

you have to choose primary schools, that offer Tamil / Hindi to your kid

if your father tongue is Tamil / Hindi, cannot come to Pei Chun

Will 2c supplementary consider the distance to home as well?

Yes, should your child be unsuccessful in P2C, the next stage will be P2CS.

I'm more than 1km, less than 2km from Kheng Cheng.
