NCC is those teen version of army bmt, scouts i am not so sure

I checked with my Year 2 DD1 yesterday night and indeed she heard of the issue of 16 Year One students with no CCA posted for them. I asked if her CCA still open for new students? She said she will check with her CCA teacher-in-charge.

Perhaps the 16 students can appeal to the CCA HOD?

It is just over subscribed and under subscribed issue. Expected this but they will be allocated eventually.
