Is canteen food really bad? Higher price (additional 50 cents) due to fruit? More students go out eat after 1pm and hence spend even more

Many throw away fruit as well?

Dagong99,
On the exclusivity of Scholarship ( A*Star vs DSTA), talk to college councillor, Miss Hwang for some advice. She is the best person to advise on this matter. -

57Dolphin,
since last year there is a \"unspoken ruling\" (more from the college counselor) that that those who have accepted the DSTA awards cannot take up the A*Star awards even if they are awarded. I think the vice-versa also applies. So it depends on which award was given first. Based on last year, all DSTA awardees are male. -
matadorepy:
DSTA does not state exclusion of other scholarships in the application when we applied but A Star eligibility did say that it's exclusive of other scholarships except for MOE scholarships. Too bad DSTA invitation came earlier than A Star. Two years ago, DS1 was awarded both DSO and A Star for secondary school level, so I guess the rules may have changed now. See how it goes this time.

Is there any particular reason why this is the case? No female applicants, or? -

I don't think there is gender bias. When we went for DSO interview 2 years ago, there were female applicants too and there were successful female applicants at the award ceremony.matadorepy:

I did'nt meant to imply or suggest any form of gender bias by DSTA .. I just want to say that all the NUSH awardees are guys (also the batch has least no of girls ).sayalittleprayer4you:
