Hi everyone, didn't realize I had to report in. Sorry! Well here I am now! SAHM of 2 boys, elder one is 6yo and the younger is 3yo. Enjoy reading and learning from this website and of course, all the lively discussions.

OK, now I am formally reporting.
My user name cascada means waterfall in spanish, but really, I know nothing spanish.
I'm a SAHM, life can be very busy at times and quite free at times. My 2 boys, P6 and P4, drive me up the wall most of the time. However, I still :love: them.
As you can see, this year is a crucial year for both my boys. I

My boys are in mixed school, which I really preferred. I was afraid if they are in an all boys school, I may have a hard time disciplining them. My thinking is that if there are girls around, then hopefully my boys are more mellow in their behaviour.
On hindsight, really a bad idea to have kids with 2 yrs gap. I did it cos I was hoping they would be in the same am/pm session when they start school. However, MOE messed up my whole plan when they started to introduce P1/P2 afternoon session and P3-P6 morning session. I only managed to have some free time in the morning when my younger one was in P3 last year. Before that, I had 4 years of '1 boy in the morning, 1 in the afternoon session'. Really tiring & no freedom at all. -
