Any review on Mindstretcher’s Chinese Programme- Xuehuile?
-
My boy(P2) is in mind stretcher Tampines for 2 months and I didn’t see any improvement. He complained the teacher only told them the answer and never let him do his work by himself. He only copied the answers that’s all. Recently I went through with his worksheets then he was unable to explain to me like mathematics questions etc. I am quite disappointed. I don’t want to waste his time and my money there anymore.
I just called to withdraw him, but the staff told me his last lesson would be on 26 March 2016. He still has 5 lessons left. I am going to stop his lesson from tomorrow.
I am looking for the experienced home tutors for his math and High Chinese too.
Any recommendation?
Thanks everyone! -
Hmmm… is that their normal way of teaching?
My P3 also said that they just copy answers. I realised that they tried to cover too many worksheets in a lesson. Materials were impressive but I also realise he’s not absorbing at all. And during these 2mths with them, I have never seen the teacher at all. I also stopped his lessons straight away as I didn’t want to waste time there. -

Any feedback on Mindstretcher at Yishun (SAFRA)?

Anyone sending their children to Mindstretcher centres at Yishun or Sembawang? Which is the best out of the lot?

Recently, understand from a couple of parents that they are withdrawing their kids from Chinese enrichment classes in Jurong Safra. Appears that there have been a lot of changes with the Chinese teachers and the parents were upset. Just my two cents worth.
