Heard the Sec 1 had seen their results & only about 38% (DS told me) meet the promotion criteria of obtaining 60% for all the subjects. :imdrowning: Anyone know what does MSG stands for in the result slip?

The smaller the better, with lowest possible being 1 and do not forget English carries a 1.5 weighting.

Science A1

MSG = (1 + 2 + 3X1.5 + 3 + 4 + 4)/(6.5) = 2.85 -

Thanks. I was at SJI's Open House yesterday. Attended the talk and the IP track Q&A session. Managed to talk to a few students during the Open House. Managed to get answers to some of my queries. Thank you once again. Will keep in touch and PM you if some questions crops up. Thank you once again. -

Heard from a friend that the SJI teachers in the IP programme do teach more as compared to the teachers at RI? Is this true?
