My son was born in 2013 and is due for P1 registration in 2019. We would like to register for SHHK for a chance to gain priority in Phase 2B.

I have a questions. in order to get the recommendation letter from the Hokkien Huay Kuan, we are supposed to fill up a form. Does anyone has any idea how the form looks like and what kind of information we need to fill up?

Too long ago, but basically it's filling up of your personal information plus when you became member (may/not have to include the membership letter), and most importantly, WHAT school you want to apply to - letters are specific to the school.

BTW, results will only be known AFTER phase 2a2, in some cases, they send physical letters, in others they either call/msg (?) you - as long as your name is on some listing with the school, you do not need to produce that recommendation letter (SHHK will send the name list to the schools directly).
