My friend DD ballet exam clashed with her school’s SYF competition. Anyone know how much is the fees to change the date of the ballet exams (she tried to google on RAD website but didn’t find it)? If too expensive, she may drop her DD from the SYF competition.

And for the amendment fees, as there are 4 girls in the same exam time slots as her DD, does she have to change for the amendment fees for 4 candidates or just 1 since it is only a single change in time slot?

Just curious - for piano, students usually look at Grade 8 as the final goal of their piano life. After that, most play for leisure, few progressed to Diploma and few totally steered away from piano. How about ballet? Does students really finished Grade 8 and Advanced 2? Hmm… looks like a very long way to go for DD … jiayou!

Try asking the ballet teacher if can swap with her other groups of candidates for date of exam? That's what the teacher did for our case as my child and her ballet friend have syf clash problem too. Don't need to pay anything in this case.

                :hi5: Same sentiments here too.
I'm also worried about 'deformed' toes / injury etc....

Will ask her to check with her ballet teachers but I was thinking the slots are all logged in with RAD already.

don't see any more timetable schedule after RAD Grade 5 level.
(schedule only show from 4 year old, up to Grade 5)

so after Grade 5 at SBA, what can they girls learn ?

I think they don't do grades 6 to 8 and go straight to intermediate foundation route:
