Must have inherited the 'love to go out' gene from hubby.
Haha.. So muz be ur hb's influence or genes. Bo bianjanet88:
walking around aimlessly is a torture.
daughter is exactly like hubby...nothing to buy but finds it ok to walk around aimlessly.
Closed door/private sale has lost its effect on me. Because prices of things are so expensive and I don't see any big discount during these sales now. 20% discount is no big deal when every department store is doing the same. -

I always ask kids if it's really something they need. Because they have lots of wants, especially daughter. I used to be an impulsive shopper while hubby is the opposite. After all these years, we seemed to have changed character...he became the one who loves to shop while I ask if he needs it.
One ting abt kids is tat they will set their eyes on things if they window shop and then comes tis argument as to why they dun need it
I prefer to stay at hm n nua like sleepy, dun spend money outside

dd2 likes to browse at Swarovski. She will walk in whenever she sees a Swarovski shop in the mall. She said she likes looking at \"fanciful impractical\" stuff. In her own words, I'm quoting her.
But she won't buy, using her allowance. Over priced in her opinion. I ask her what is she going to do with her money then, if she is never going to spend it on things she likes. She said there is more joy in watching her bank account grows.
(Of course it's a different story if I offer to buy for her. Nah, wait long long)
I guess I have a ๅฎ่ดขๅฅด at home :rotflmao: -
Iโm more of a bargain hunter. If the handbags I fancy at 40% off or more, I chiong hor. Donโt care that I donโt โneedโ more handbags

My girls are not shoppers and hate window shopping. They'd rather stay at home. I have to make appointments and drag them out to buy clothes and shoes (about twice a year)! They know we have a storage issue, so they will say \"no space\" even if they like the things we see.I think it's a girl thingy, my kids wild say they LIKE the thing so must have it.. faintz!

Ditto.
I haven't been window shop for quite a long time. Go, buy then go off.
But strangely, when I purposely went shopping for clothes, couldn't find what I want. ๆซๅ ด
Yet when I happened to walk pass a mall to go to mrt, with no intention of shopping, always managed to spot something I like -
I envy both sleepy and simkhoo's gals. So guai and this helps u guys to save a lot of money n energy leh. Mine is just the opp, and I have to coach them on their work on top of that. See how much frustrations I have
Luckily my nature is on the gentle side if not, they will see me blowing up like a volcano everyday :rotflmao: -
Speaking of volcano, I just erupted 1 hour ago!
dd1 threw tantrum and picked a fight with dd2 that implicated me. I told her repeatedly to stop it but she still continued her ๆ ็ๅ้น. So I exploded. She scared, started crying. Then fast come fast go. 5 mins later she calmed down like nothing ever happened. Kids back to their routine.Just overheard dd2 talking harmoniously to dd1 in the kitchen and giggling.
Chey, ๅนฒๅ่ๆฏๆๆไธๆฐด. If I end up with more wrinkles ่ฐ่ต็ปๆ
