Hi intruder, I think it is a good school that helps develop the whole child according to the theory of multiple intelligences. But if you live in Punggol, it might be too tiring for your child to travel the distance. I live just 15m away from the school but there were times when it rained and the traffic snarled. My journey ended up 1.5hrs and my poor child who was newly potty-trained couldn’t hold it in.

Hi playnpray, thk u for your sharing. I’ve been actively looking for a gd kindergarten instead of cc for my boy but to no avail. Thus, if sjck is gd… i dun mind the distance & hassles.

May i know what’s the school hours like & which campus is your child in? Btw, is there an open house day recently?

          Hi Everyone,

I am new to Kiasuparents! I believe that preschool education provides the fundamental start that your child needs for later years. Hence, with 5 years of experiences in Early Childhood profession, I have decided to open up a new kindergarten (2nd Branch) along rifle range road (Near Bukit Timah area). Anyone around the west area feel free to drop me and email/call to arrange for a school visit as we are having our Early Bird Promotion: 20% off school fees and also waiver of registration fees.

We cater children from age: 18 months to 5 years old. 😄

          * Low children teacher ratio of 2 teachers: 10 children only
          * Outdoor play, Waterplay, sand play facilities
          * 3 hours programme in the morning (Half Day)
          * 3 hours mandarin enrichment progamme in the afternoon

            Hi,

Any parents here care to share the differences between Ascension Kindergarten & sjck?

I visited Ascension Kindergarten before but wasn't quite convince the sch is good.. probably is due to the person who attended to me didn't show me around the sch. Most of the time, she was just standing at a coner verbally explaining to me about the curriculum, sch, etc.
So that leaves me to doubt the sch is gd. 😞

School hours are either 8:15am to 11:15am or 11:30pm to 2:30pm. If you'd like to avoid peak hour traffic, I suggest sending your child for the 2nd session.

There was an open house a few months ago for the new Gilstead Campus. Don't think there will be anymore coming up till next year.

I heard dayspring kindy at punggol is not bad. Did you check it out? For a young child, long daily mis generally not advisable. Just sharing only.

playnpray, thks for the info. The sch is indeed far from where i stayed and it doesnt has sch bus transport from my place to the sch so after much consideration, I’ve give it up.

fluffykho, thks for the suggestion and sharing. I’ve checked out dayspring before. As my child is currently in a half day childcare so I’m looking for at least a 3hrs sch but dayspring pre-nursery is only 2hrs… feel the time is too short to learn anything.
