Go to the principal with enough evidence to back up your case. If principal can’t help, go to MOE.

Thanks parents for reply but think moe lost power already. Another incident ( not me, classmate in same class)with another HOD was supposedly investigated. Moe officer called school n so on but HOD seemed undisturbed. In the end, no outcome. What is happening? Other than moe, any other ideas?

Transfer is at periodic interval.

If the complaint is vague like this, then it is unlikely MOE can or will do anything.

If a teacher is very lazy, does the bare minimum and when complained to, lies through her teeth, what can we do? Teacher is old-timer, of course, 23 years experience just taking fat paycheck every month. HOD is useless too, shield all the way.

Nor if the complaint is that the teacher did not do more than \"the bare minimum\". How can someone be disciplined for doing \"the bare minimum\" required of his/her job? Would be different if he/she does less than the minimum.
