does anyone know WHEN to approach the constituency for P1 Registration 2016?

Hi,


Understand that the route to be a GRL is to first join PA as an observer then once the criteria is fulfilled, to become an Executive member. I was told it take a few months. However, my child is born 2012 and if im not wrong, i need to be made an Executive member by 30 Jun 2016. May I know if I am still able to make it in time to join PA now? Not sure if 3 mths as an observer is sufficient? Thank you for your advice.

The screening process alone can take up to 3 months.

Hi! Does anyone know whether it matters if we served under Ulu Pandan cc or Bukit Timah Cc to qualify for Nanyang Pri? They are all considered under Holland-Bukit Timah constituency. More importantly…is it too late to join under ACL now if my kid was born in 2011? Cuz i read 2014 ST article that 30June 2014 was the latest for thyose registering in 2016. Sigh wish i was more tactical n checked out this option earlier!!!

I need some advise. I wish to enrol my girl born 2010 in class 2b phrase for 2017 Pri 1 enrollment however we were rejected by the advisor as we were missed by 3 Mths to full fill the 2years requirement rule to enjoy the benefit…
The advisor mentioned strictly no appeal as well…
Any one has a suggestion how we can appeal and apply for phrase 2b?
The short of 3mths time frame seems to reall be quite a sayang… ;(

If you were rejected by the school, there's no way you can appeal. Volunteer program is fully under the school's jurisdiction and every school has their own rules.

Your option would be to look for other school that still accepts PV registration, or straight away plan for Phase 2C and Phase 2C Sup. I believe other than PV, it's too late for you to take other routes to be eligible for Phase 2B.

Lixit rejection is by People's Association which implements its own guidelines / rules for community leaders.
Rules are that, missed by a couple of months means the boat has sailed. There's no appeal (besides, how is anyone going to veto the advisor?). No need to overthink the situation.
