      Me and my Ezytone Jen. This machine works quite well for me..just that I m lazy/no time to shake. I shake for 2 nights about 1kg off..

      Ogawa..I had the feeling got to exercise at night esp after excessive eating for the day. Don't give it time to turn to fat at night time :rotflmao: Problem is only when dds slept and I don't get dozed off.

      btw, I need to tell you that I shake for easily an hour hor πŸ˜‚

        Don't know what happen. Super sleepy yesterday.
        Fell asleep on sofa while eating breakfast/watching tv, woke up at 11:30am
        Fell asleep again at 3pm, woke up at 5:30pm
        At night feel sleepy at 11pm and fell asleep immediately once on bed

        Can sleep so much :siao:

        Today back to normal πŸ˜‚

          Tempted! I seriously need to slim down too. Dh started pinching my cheeks recently :razz:
          Do you need to vary the positions during that 1 hour? eg. do a position at a set of 15 minutes each time, etc? Or just stand for 1 hour will do?

            Do you need to vary the positions during that 1 hour? eg. do a position at a set of 15 minutes each time, etc? Or just stand for 1 hour will do?

            You can stop whenever you feel like it. For me, it is continuously. See if you could take it first. Go and have a try first.

                Yes...be kind to yourself. Take some time off from work to go out for coffee and cake. Don't bring notebook home.

                  I finished vacuum and scrubbed myself within half an hour.
                  The water from the tap in bathroom is warm and as if am having a warm bath.
                  Now ME time in KSP forum…

                        After that wonderful ME TIME last Sunday, I am looking forward to more of that…but if it’s done too often, then that magic feel would be lost.

                        Now I know if I want to get a haircut, I will do so on Sundays.
