      Hi,

I’m looking for online homework help for my DS in A Math.
He sometimes has problem in challenging questions and not sure whether his answer is correct.
So he would like to seek some online help to check on his answer and/or explain to him the correct method.
Please share with me if you know any.
      Thanks.

Try the ten years series model a level papers from Shing Lee. They come as yearly editions or by topic. Great for zoning in on weak areas, and checking against the model answers. Google Open school, as they sell them.

I asked my son to explore JC option instead of just looking at the Polytechnic route.

            Janet, may I ask why?

              1) have another option rather than looking at just Poly
              2) 2 years in JC instead of 3 years Poly
              3) I feel he has the potential to do well to take JC route

janet, my niece and nephew came from Poly and did well enough to go to NTU/NUS.

My niece chose NTU with scholarship. My nephew who came from Normal Academic Stream (he has mild dyslexia) chose NTU Computer Science.

Both prefer Poly route as its less stressful.

But ultimately both ended up at the same destination as JC students.

                  Just sharing.

                  😄

                    Thanks for the info zbear.

Poly route would be less stressful than JC…for one thing, tuition highly unlikely.

I like the tuition highly unlikely idea. Already a big hole in my pockets

I think its good for the child to look into different routes before deciding. Encourage to attend open houses for JC as well as the different polytechnic with his friends or otherwise.

Tuition will burn a big hole in your pocket, likewise he will earn good income should be teach tuition when he completed his A levels! My friend saw himself through university by tutoring during JC, before and after NS as well as while studying for his degree!
