All roads lead to Rome. Some roads may be more winding and hence longer, but we may see more beautiful scenery along the way.

Will the boys be called for dental yearly check or must they make their own appointments? Thank you.cftan:

@ Smurfs , @ Careermum
You're most welcome..
How are your boys doing in school so far ? Do you find school life @ CHS rather \"relaxed\", compared to other sec schools ? My boy is in year-2 and he still plays soccer after school almost everyday.. :faint:
I do wish there's a Parent-Teacher Meeting after MYE for parents to discuss any matters/issues with teachers. -

The school will schedule dental appointments for the boys during school holidays. If the boys can't make it for the scheduled appointment, they can make appointments to see the dentist on another day / at another time. The boys can also walk-in to see the dentist during school hours, if the clinic is open and the dentist is available. -

CHS is not always so lax lah. Those students who do not perform well will get \"invites\" from teachers for parents to attend the PTM. It's just that most of us have not kenna yet...
I also wish that I can go for PTM this year. I understand from my boy that the marking scheme for the Yr 2 EL paper is extremely strict this year, with many having their grades dropped by one or two I wish to query and confirm with the teacher on this but so far have not received any
\"invite\" yet. -
Hi IFirefly,
I didnโt find it relax though, maybe because sonโs cca is 3 times a week.
At least, your son is playing soccer in school. My frds kids from other schools hang out at the malls insteadโฆ
I was still hoping that there is a PTM this term.
Btw, i understand in the 2nd Half of the year, they will be doing physics.
So for the Year end exams, will they be tested on Biology & Chemistry that they have studied in the 1st Half of the year?
