The seat is comfortable. The head rest is manually adjusted to the position you want. I like the 3 different programs. But chair movement is quite restricted because of the short cable for the massage function, unless I disconnect the cable. -

as it is a massage chair, it has a cable attached to the chair and the other end to electric socket. although there are wheels, you can't move too far away. as for reclining, it can be locked to a position you want. -
