A little bit out of topic

Does a Bachelor Degree teacher qualified to teach 2nd and 3rd Diploma level (say DipLRSM or Dip LTCL)??
Yes and no. Depending on what area(s) they major in when they are doing their music degree.
One can choose to major in performance, composition, music analysis etc.
A handful simply cannot play for nuts, let alone teach...

So they are/may be qualified, but not suited.

That's probably because I have yet to encounter real great pianists from the UK. Or their names do not actually ring bells. Most winners of prestigious piano competitions are either from Eastern Europe and occasionally from Asia. These are the pianists that frequent the great concert halls. I cannot recall anyone from UK who won the Chopin or Tchaikovsky competitions. I know, for Singapore, it's the connection to the UK plus the language but in terms of qualifications, I think the UK still pales in comparison to the likes of Russia. In terms of teaching/pedagogy, I am not sure if it is because Russians do not bother to translate their material into English? Maybe they have even better material...it's just that we do not know of them. Oh, I happened to pass by a piano studio that claims to teach using Hungarian tradition.

Not sure what you mean by 'superstar pianists' but I guess you have not heard of John Ogdon either.

And there are pianists of other nationalities who studied in UK. Andras Schiff comes to mind.

Then again may be a bit before our time hee hee. Anyway to be a superstar, much marketing is involved. In this respect I agree the Brits lose out, especially to the Americans. So yeah, if one aspires to become a Lang Lang or Wang Yuja it may be a good idea to go to the US instead.

As for composers, surely you have also heard of Gustav Holst and John Barry? Every time I hear Star Wars it reminds me of Holst's Planets. And then there is Andrew Lloyd Webber.

There is Benjamin Grosvenor from UK. He’s a classical pianist. Was in Singapore last year I think to perform with our SSO.

Considering play a kind of competition, children develop self-esteem by showcasing their talents. Choose the right piano is very important. I can advise baby grand piano. Don't buy a digital piano for a child, inspired him to something beautiful. Look at here http://europianosnaples.com/. Hope it will be useful for somebody.

I’ve heard of some of these composers, yes. It’s just the cynic in me, I suppose. There are famous conservatories in UK too. But here’s the thing - why aren’t they producing winners to the most prestigious piano competitions in the same way Moscow Conservatory or Gnessin School in Russia…? If their teachers/teaching methods are top-notch, they should attract the best students and therefore produce the best results. That’s where doubt sets in. I agree that marketing plays a part too (marketing the superstar pianists)… But for someone to replace the great Martha Argerich for a concert, he/she has to be at least, worthy! That was how Yujia Wang became famous, from what I have read in wikipedia. She stood in for Argerich when she could not perform for a concert. Again, the above view is limited to piano music. I’m sure the UK would be the foremost authority if bagpipe is concerned.
