      Anyone staying Boon Keng area...?

Between Hong Wen and Bendemeer Primary, which will be a better consideration?

I am >1km but < than 2km for Hong Wen and < than 1km for Bendemeer Pri.
      Confirm falls under 2C.

But now still hesitating between the 2 primary.
for sure I would need after school care....
      any advice please...
In your case, \"which will be a better consideration\" is an irrelevant question.

Hong Wen would definitely require balloting for <1 km in phase 2C. The school is not a consideration for you.

my friend would like to register for 2c using her mum address . school within 1 km but need to ballot . Does she stand any chance and does she needs to stay at her parents house if successful?

if your friend and her family is staying permanently at her mum's place, she will register under 2C and still have to take the risk of balloting within 1km.
if she is NOT staying at her mum's place, then legally she cannot use that address to register under 2C.

I believe this case won't apply as well. If you use caregiver IC, you will be considered as 1-2KM even if the address is physically within 1KM šŸ˜“

if balloting takes place for those staying within 1km and her mother is declared as the one looking after ie 1-2km, then she can definitely forget about registering for this school.

Thank you both janet88 and jpg_22 for sharing.

Her mother house to school is within 1km. History of balloting - every year within 1 km
So she declared caregiver using her mum address . I believe no chance right?

is there any primary school in Sg, that only have two P1 classes ?

or is 3, the smallest number of classes opened, for P1 ?
3 schools are with 3 classes only in their cohort, namely:

              CORAL PRIMARY SCHOOL
              EAST VIEW PRIMARY SCHOOL
              DA QIAO PRIMARY SCHOOL

MOE doesn't offer a minute by minute update. They only do so at the end of a phase.
