Hope she feels better soon.DD falling sick during this period is stressing me out :frustrated:
. Missed school for 2 days last week. I can't imagine the amount of homework she will bring back today :nailbite:
Just 2 weeks to Prelims and she had to fall sick, to be honest I was really angry. Then I told myself, better now than 2 weeks later... I should be thinking \"Heng ah, never miss Prelims\" -

I understand how you feel...it's the amount of homework snowballed that I would worry when the child falls ill at this crucial time.DD falling sick during this period is stressing me out :frustrated:

just 2 days ago, daughter had sore throat and blocked nose last night. I made sure she took medicine. last night, I issued her a warning - from end July onwards, NO more chocolate, sweets and deep fried food until PSLE oral is over. I mean it. -
just wanna understand how child prepares for science exam? Now we got school notes, tuition notes, science guidebooks, and plenty of school revision papers…so many materials over 4 years yet so little time, how to do all or pick and choose? In my opinion, not sufficient time to pore through all materials + do assessments or part year papers?
-
Thanks, Hquek!
Ikr ...Janet. Hopefully, the homework load is manageable :xedfingers: . With revision ongoing and the prelims in 2 weeks time, can't help but worry how much she had missed out in her absence. -

My advice: Leave the revision papers to about 1 month before the actual exams.
Now would have been too late to do own notes, so highlighting the key points wld suffice.
If you do need further advice, feel free to contact me.
