      Cholesterol linked to cancer?

Not aware of any link per se but have seen research which makes me believe that some of the habits which help to lower cholesterol can help to prevent cancer.

I avoid sugar and use honey instead, where necessary. Seems that cancer cells feed on sugar.

I also cut down on meat. There are some research relating to an acidic environment being conducive to cancer growth. Just Google the key words. I drink lemon water because it is supposed to make my system alkaline. Am not sure how true but it does have a detoxifying effect on me and family.

Have seen articles claiming that inflammation also causes cancer.

I use glass containers rather than plastic containers. Kids use stainless steel thermos flasks for school.

When we grow old, a lot of things including our body and cells are no longer under controlled.

Your working cells will regenerate and rejuvenate loh. But how many of us can do it??!! And how many of us knew it??!! Even if we knew, how many of us can accomplish it??!!

The answer is out there, Google it.

I guess it really depends… But there’s no hard and fast rule…

Best is less stress. Easy to say, hard to do…
