I will go for Pei Chun 2C on day 1
Monitor day 3, if all taken up by SC will register for Marymount. -

Does anyone know if we can retract an application made for P1 2C after it's been submitted?
Why not just register on the last day? I know a lot of parents will probably frown on this advice, but it is better than to go through the trouble of having to withdraw from one school and register again in another. -

It is apple to apple as much as the School and the Phase. And we did address the fact that the birth rate is one of the lowest in the last 12 years in our earlier analyses, so naturally, demand will be lower across most schools. But the more popular schools may be affected by the \"got-space-so-must-piah\" effect. Schools which parents normally avoid due to historically intense competition may actually attract the interest of more parents, whereas other less popular schools may see a decrease in their registrants.ptb7476:
but one thing i am not sure is ... are we comparing apple with apple
in 2009 the birth rate was 39570 and in 2010 it was 37967 ... so when working out the prediction , did the 2009 figures being adjusted to mirror the birth rate of 2010
It is best to keep monitoring the take up rate across the 1st 2 days to get a more accurate picture for the schools you are targeting. -

^5 .. to me register on 1-2 days u cant monitor the number of take up ..
if last day i still have time to make impromptu decision .. it is not 1st come 1st server basis lolz so i will wait last day to do it
my last resort will be springdale or palm view lolz .. relatively new.. so take up rate still not so high
