I thought it was avaialble round the clock. MOE's website says:

Starting from 9.00 am on 26 July 2016 to 4.30 pm on 28 July 2016.

Orb, I kinda agree too. But I guess with the number of surprise vacancies this year, everyone can be more selective about the schools out there.

orb/technospaz, thanks for your kind replies. i understand the situation and chances, but my friend's hoping for the best for her kid (like any other parents) - she will have to make her personal best choice on this.

Absolutely. No offence meant. Just suggesting that the competition for certain schools can be quite stiff so choices may be more limited than hoped for some. Regardless, I hope your friend finds a good school for her child - all kids deserve the best education out there

but at the end of 28/7, shouldn’t all the online applications be accounted for, so that on the last day 29/7, when you see the numbers at the individual schools, they are truly all the registrations up to date for that particular school?

I would hope that the schools feed the data for offline registrations back to MOE. MOE then consolidates this with their online registrations and provides a consolidated update on the MOE vacancies webpage

Then again, I also hoped that the government would have better things to do than the regulate Pokemon Go so take my comments with a bucket of salt.

I agree. This should be the case which is why I think MOE decided to close off online reg a day earlier.

Just registered in person at SAJS. Not too crowded but i overheard the staff telling a pair of foreign parents that SAJS does NOT have phase 3.

My boy is SC, we live <1km, so i hope his chances are high.
But i was asked to fill up a family profile form… wonder if that plays any role in the school’s acceptance.

Any updates on Rulang’s Phase 2C application so far? Any website showing daily application asides to MOE? Need the breakdown in distance too v anxious

I don't have the numbers but Rulang is almost guarantee to ballot < 1km.
