Hi tky, You may wanna call e General Office, like e other forummers often suggest? I was picking up dc & overheard e clerical lady answering rather specifically e registration situation. (The registration notice board outside e office was not so readily updated.) Just a note, it is mandatory to study HCL in NHPS from P1 onwards (at least until e early part of P6) regardless of how much your child may struggle w/dislike e subject.

Thanks sky minecrafter for the info. Just did. Was only being told that SC < 1km already requires balloting. No exact figures given to me though.
