This school is probably one where PR > 2km has the greatest chance of getting in at P2C. Total number of applicants, including the earlier phases, is on the low side.

But we are near JE, not JW.[/quote]You can either call the school and ask or go down directly for registration and ask them if you stand a chance. MOE website won't state breakdown in citizenship and distance. If no chance to get in, the school will likely tell you before you register and advise you to apply elsewhere. If you are SPR> 2 km, you have the lowest priority. So only feasible if the school is not popular and traditionally does not become oversubscribed in phase 2C.
