How is the TUR tracked on a daily basis? Isn't TUR only determined upon completion of the Phase?

Take mayflower in AMK as an example.

Total vacancy. 180
Places taken up to Phase 2B: 60
No of children registered in 2C: 35

total until end of Day 2: 95
TUR till end of Day 2: 95/180 = 52.7% which is 53%.

st nicks only has 22 sc less than 1km as at 10.50am so mayb they will escape balloting this year.
