Thought Radin Mas on 79 vacancies for phase 2C? -
Radin mas seems to have a lower take up rate. I guess all these will change come afternoon. Seems like a good choice.

true too, oversubscription rate every year...
but if demand exceeds by so much, then it's wiser to choose a school which has been around rather than go through a heart thumping session during balloting. -
