Is there balloting required for more than 2km applicants?
Not sure, Packard. I think NAPS had 23 SCs in the 1-2km category. I hope that there weren't that many SCs in the 2+km category. Historically, NAPS did not require balloting for SCs but it may be hard to say. Good luck nonetheless! -
