yah.. if you ask me i rather MOE do all the work.. in allocating the seats .. than
creating so many phases / loophole to make parent busy -

I am on ballot list for phase 2C. The school got last minute entries in last 30 min, which leads to ballot. I thought I was in comfortably in with seats to spare even by 4 PM on Friday…
Is it going to be same in Phase 2CS ?? i.e. parents coming in at last minute… I want to avoid ballot at any cost in 2CS. If school has 10 seats or more at 4 PM on last day, is it safe bet that there will be no ballot ? Are parents willing to take ballot risk in Phase 2CS as well ?? Thanks -
