      Hi everyone,

1st post here. Still 4 years to go before registration.

Keen to know volunteer group. Where should I start now?

And I heard a rumour about preference to being catholic. Is that true?

        Hi Ruru,

Thank you once again for your info. πŸ™‚

        Hi Robinloxley1,
Im not sure when's the date which they open for volunteers, as for this year I only get to know thru De Le Salle school web in June, but am late as their closing date was in end May.

Attached volunteer form & school link for your ref. πŸ™‚

Hi I joined this forum recently.

I am staying in Choa Chu Kang (1-2km) and i am PR with my Son being PR. I happen to see that there is still nearly 135 seats available as of the MOE website update in this school. Can any one advise if my son may have a chance, as i understand in this school highest priority is for Singaporeans. Will there be any chances of balloting?

          Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am contemplating if I should transfer my son to De laselle to be closer to home. Any existing parents can share how is this school in terms of academic performance? If the children enjoy the learning environment or any feedback on this school?

Hi, Parents, I am new here, and my kids are going to be 4 years old in Jan 2017.

I would like to check whether De la Salle has parent volunteer work? Because our house is actually within 2km, but I want to increase the chance of guarantee.

Oh, my, I felt worried now.
                      So how can I apply?
I did check the school website and send email about parent volunteer work, but no reply.

                        Hi,

I am a newbie. My son is born in the dragon year 2012. We are catholics hence prefer to get into a catholic school. I understand that as catholic, we will fall under Phase 2B. However, we are staying in Jurong West.

Would appreciate it if someone could advise the following:
                        1) What would our chances of getting a place for P1 in year 2019?
                        2) Is there parent volunteer programme in DLS that I can find out more?
                        3) Any parents who are staying in Jurong West and successfully gotten a place (for your kids) in DLS?

                        Thank you.
