Hello. For the XYZ Math question, a lot of my classmates answered '11' for b) [how many of Y could be fit into the box of 6 of X could be fit into the box?] but both my twin sister and I put '9'... Someone please clarify. Thank you.

Yes it is 9 they are wrong because they took the area divided by the area congrats!!! :rahrah: -

i also put '9' for my answer too. from my memory the square base should be 30 by 30 cm and block y is base is 8 by 10 cm (from what i remember).so if all that is correct you can only fit 9 of y in the cube . as the excess space (6cm by 30 cm ) cannot fit more of block y as block y is too thick .(8 cm)Hello. Hello. For question 66 in English paper 2, the statement given was \"Tom found the loss of his diary upsetting\". (Same general meaning.)
I answered \"Tom is upset about the loss of his diary\", however, it seems that the answer is \"Tom was upset about the loss of his diary.\"
Someone please clarify whether my answer is wrong. I am not sure about the statement given, it could have been \"Tom finds the loss of his diary upsetting\", or \"Tom found/finds the loss of his diary very upsetting.\" (I'm pretty sure there wasn't a \"very\" though.) And if I'm wrong, would I be awarded at least one mark since it is a problem with the tenses?
