I didn't bother looking at the Mindstretcher solutions link but I forward to my friends with younger kids.

No more psle for me ever. Yay!

Speak not too soon 🙂 The future roles of KiasuParents are KiasuGrandParents. Better learn those model drawings and problem sums... 😉

and erm KiasuParentsInLaw before KiasuGrandParents? :siam:
Too scary!! 😂

So glad that PSLE is finally over :rahrah: ! Have you thrown out all the school files and worksheets?

Anyone know when is the open date for NTUC donation?

Yup, glad that its over, 🕺 I have packed the files and will dispose them over the weekend. Not keeping for DD 2 who is only 4. Parents who are working with your kids for SA 2, all the best!

DD agreed to start looking at her sec 1 materials after a break of 3 weeks. In the meantime, will let her enjoy the break. In fact, will be bringing her to legoland during the psle marking days. She is a real lego fan!

NTUC can only donate textbooks right? I don’t have many textbooks (only HCL) but tons of worksheets or completed assessment books. How to dispose the worksheets/assessment books other than through recycling bins?

My DD has been going out with friends including today. When I told her about her worksheets and messy table, she sprinted away faster than ever…

No KPI for DD for the end of year, just need to:
1. ace the ballet exam so she needs to go for the extra classes
2. start training for her comps next year
3. honour her school obligations eg y/e performances etc
4. help coach mei mei (it’s payback time she said…cos meimei were chilling while she’s working it then)
5. pick up jazz

I plan to just throw them away but it is a good idea to discard them to those big recycling bin. 😄
