Hey, you will be surprised there are good buys and the prices in terms of psf are reasonableMyPillow:
D9-11 are rich n richer estate
Pockets are ocean deep - prices unlikely to fall much
But the old ,cheaper ones mostly enbloc already, new psf are sky high . This area prices usually solid rock. Got $ to afford ,can aim here.
10+yrs ago my excolleague bought a D9 ,2brm for 1.2+mil oni!! -tht was the time property was period low low,
my first east 2brm ,FH unit also v low low price - hard to get back that era to repeat . -
