Very sad right? I think their children were having lessons at United Square then.

Located next to Novena Square, it is one of the projects where tenants will look for a unit to rent even before the tenancy is up. Very easy to rent out. Do you dare to buy....

If a prospective buyer asked about a unit being a 凶宅 and the agent tried to hide the fact, the agent could be sued. However, If the buyer did not ask about the murder, the agent is not obliged to tell.

before people buy a flat or condo unit, they will ask if the unit is 'clean'...will agents be truthful when asked this question?

Yes, that was what dh suspected too. Imagine the devastation when they tried contacting mum/dad to pick them up?

I also feel kinda bad for the landlord who leased the 13th flr unit to the father. :sad:

There was a case in which the Belgian expat smothered his 5yo son to death. That was D'leedon?

Another condo was at Yuan Ching. Murder of wife, followed by suicide.

i think agents will know.
this condo unit may not find a buyer or even tenant unless he/she doesn't mind its past...and it is in a prime location.

i think the other 凶宅 should be at D' leedon along farrer road. remember the belgian expat who strangled his son?

If I m not wrong, I think there was this new condo under construction then…near the Commonwealth HDB area at opposite the McDonald got case of a maid (?) found dead there…

holland road area. the foreign worker killed the lover and dumped her body in the uncompleted condo.

Avoid?

Thought this would be one of the choice buy right now, if you can force down the price because no one else would be buying. If it's going to be a rental unit, those renting it (expats) aren't likely to be that well informed.
