I m just wondering how do u all go about planning for the food menu with a Muslim

Indo maid? I m so used to Christain Indo maid. Now changing to Muslim maid, headaches. Will The Maid mind if we use serving spoon on veg and then she dare to eat after that? As for soup we always cook pork ribs, now I don’t know how. Can’t be taking chicken soup Everyday.

I’ve only had muslim maids. So far no issues. When they come over to work, they know that they will have to handle pork and we definitely do not have a halal kitchen. Some of them actually do eat pork. If they don’t they can always eat the other stuff or cook a small portion of their own food. They are usually not that particular. Those who are particular about this will request to work only for muslim families.

I told them to take their portions 1st but so far none of them do it. All will wait for us to finish our meals before they eat whatever is balance. I actually prefer that they take their portion out first because DH has a habit of clearing everything but I think they feel that it is not right that they take first.

                    Hi.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.

I have recently stopped work to spend more time with my son.

My Indonesian helper is available for transfer to another employer anytime.

Aged 38 year old, she has worked in Singapore for about 8 years.
She is good with household chores and very meticulous and responsible.
She needs to return to Indonesia in Dec 16 to attend to personal matters. Any employer who can accommodate her leave plan and is keen to interview her, pls PM me.
                    Hi Joyce,

                    Is your helper still available?

                    Thanks
