      Hi Parents

It seems that my pm is not working so I have to post here.

My boy will be joining CH next year.

One of the document in the welcome kit mentioned that the school hours is from 7.30am to 1.45pm (tentatively).

Has this been confirmed? If so, does it mean the boys need to reach by 7.30am for silent reading or do they need to reach 15 minutes earlier (which is 7.15am) for silent reading?

1.45pm is the daily dismissal time or will they be dismissed earlier on certain days?

        GTGT,

Its better to reach at least 15mins earlier, my son usually likes to reach at 6.45am in fact. Do expect traffic jam coming to CHS the closer times to sch start.

Yes, sch end time is 1.45pm everyday, only during exam period sch would end 12.30pm.

Can anyone share with me more about the classes for Pr 4 in Catholic ? e.g which class is GEP classes and main stream classes. I heard that Catholic grouping all children in mixed-ability classes. Is that true . If not, are there any best class .

            :thankyou:

The gep classes are Faithfulness n Gentleness

                Mainsteam…joy,charity, kindness peace patience goodness

P4 Mainstream is mix ie no best class. But one mainstream class will join gep class for hcl/pe/art.

Hi! I am a newbie in Kiasuparents. I am interested to enrol my child to the school. I will like to know whether has the school remain the same culture after they have change to the new principal? Cos I hardly find any new post of activities in the primary school section this year except post about prayers.

Hi Parents, i’m new to this forum so pardon my ignorance if i have asked any silly questions.

My husband is interested to enrol our sons i to Catholic High Primary. But we dont live in Bishan nor a alumni of CHP.

Any advice on the chances of getting in Phase 2c? Does parent volunteering helps?
