the past few years, it was released in batches from 6am.
I am hoping the same for DS2 ...I wonder if the 9am is for those who did not register their handphone no for sms notification? -

It has been stated as results being released from 9am in previous years' MOE announcement too even though parents start receiving the sms much earlier. Probably won't have to wait till 9am I guess.

Why not? I thought your DD's choice of school is almost guaranteed. She met the criteria for admission based on affiliation, didn't she? -
