      ngl2010:
For boarding, I remember DS brought these after the first week. I guess he realized they need them in their toilet.

      - Bath mat
      - Air freshener
      - Handwash soap
      Hi ngl2010..

How was boarding for your DS ? Did your boy sign up for PSL ? Was he involved in Y1 registration this morning ? πŸ˜„

        Hi iFirefly

He loves boarding so much

Yes, he signed up for PSL and he was involved in Y1 registration this morning. He has been busy this month. Yesterday he helped in packing, today is registration and next will be Camp Ops πŸ˜‚

Your DS was also a PSL, right? Is the weekly (is it weekly?) interaction time consuming?

Hi, we received the year 1 orientation guide this morning. Saw that there is a Galileo Programme in the activity list. Can someone enlighten what is this programme about? It sounds like a science programme to me. Is it only for a specific group of students talented in science or for anyone who is interested in science.

          Thank you!

                1. Must be white shoes with white shoes lace?
                2. Where to buy the RI jacket? Can’t get it on registration day .
                TIA

                  ngl2010:

                  FYI.

2017 year 1 orientation camp will be 2D1N instead of 3D2N.

Why so short? My Ds is looking forward to it.

My apology for the wrong info above. DS was in the dry run of the camp and the dry run camp was 2D1N so I assumed that the camp is 2D1N. I apologise for the wrong info.

                    1. Please see the school guide below on the school shoes (your son will get the school guide booklet early next year or you can read the school guide in Stamford14 portal)

                    2. You can buy the RI jacket at RI's Popular bookshop.

No worries. I am just glad that the camp committee didn't shorten the duration. Please thank your boy (and his team) for the effort and time they have put in on my behalf. I'm sure it will be a great experience for my ds.

The registration yesterday was very well-organised and I am very impressed with the RI boys. Very friendly and helpful.

... and the Year-1 Investiture. It will be most memorable for the boys & parents. Bring your tissues..

Welcome ALL to the Raffles family !! :celebrate:
