Don’t expect any follow up support service after getting your maid from this agency. Upfront sales tactics are top notch, but once you any issues with their maid, they simply ignore you and let you handle any problems on your own. Zero support. Had a very bad experience with Bernard Chia from this agency. No action, Talk only. And lies… Beware and stay away from this agency.

Depending on which agent serves you. I used their service before. So far the local chinese lady agent was better than the others who are mostly not locals and they side with the maids. But heard that the local agent has left for good.
