My son is due for p1 in 2018, his brother is currently in p6 in 2017. Does he still qualify under phase 1 as his brother will be in sec 1 on the year he is going to p1

DS in Sec 2 and Want to be a Peer Support Leaders or Councillor because he wants to do some service for the younger ones. Do they sign up or do they get selected by teachers? What are the criteria? When do they start to choose/sign up?

Yes go to portal. The exam papers they have - I don’t see any question paper. Just the answer sheets.
