Hi, just wanna to add this. Dd told me that a fren of hers transferred from IP to O lvl at the end of yr 3. BUT she has to repeat sec 3 on the O lvl track cuz again, it takes 2 yrs to prep for O lvls. So one needs to meet the gpa reqm at sec 3 and 4 to move on to VJC. Otherwise they will make you repeat sec3/4 for O lvl prep. IP to VJC is not guaranteed from yr 3, even if one clears yr2.
