In my previous house, there was a time I can feel that the water from the shower has small electric current. The water was like giving pins & needles on my whole body. I freaked out. We didn't use that bathroom anymore until we got a new water heater storage installed. The technician told us the water heater storage was leaking. There was no sign of water leakages and that water heater was less than 2 years old.
